Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive at Entebbe Airport, Pickup and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

We hope your flight is scheduled for an early landing at Entebbe Airport. Upon arrival, you will be received and welcomed to the Pearl of Africa by the assigned Professional English-speaking Private Trip Guide. Then you will hit the road to transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Ugandan countryside and local villages with Lush green countryside, and beautiful landscapes that characterize this part of Uganda. Optional:(at an extra cost) Just in case you have reached early and are interested, you may choose to go for a breathtaking night game drive. Else, you will arrive in the evening and you will do little but check in accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Lake Mburo morning game drive and afternoon transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Be up as early as possible for breakfast, and go for an early morning game drive in Lake Mburo NP. While on the game drive expect to see wildlife such as zebras, impalas, elands, giraffes, buffalos Topi among others, and different bird species. Optional (at an extra cost) If you like, you may choose to go for a morning bush walk in the presence of an armed ranger guide. Return to the lodge for lunch and then depart Lake Mburo National Park and drive through Uganda's lush landscapes, from Lake Mburo's wildlife wonders to Lake Bunyonyi's mesmerizing beauty, where nature's harmony awaits your discovery. You will arrive late in the evening and just check in for dinner and a relaxed evening.

Day 3: Go explore Lake Bunyonyi: enjoy a canoe ride, interact with the community etc.

Be up early for breakfast and go for a canoe trek on Lake Bunyonyi which will introduce you to the major islands and their rich history but also there will be some great time spent in the traditional dugout canoe. Optional: (extra cost) You may also choose to visit and interact with the local community (the Pygmies) who inhabit areas surrounding Lake Bunyonyi. Embrace the warm hospitality of these remarkable people as they share their ancient customs, dance, and music. Engage in traditional activities like, gathering, and creating intricate handicrafts, all while gaining profound insights into their spiritual connection with nature like medicinal plants and their significance in Pygmy culture. Learn about the healing powers and spiritual symbolism attached to each plant, creating an unparalleled understanding of their intimate bond with nature. Thereafter return to accommodation for some rest time.

Day 4: Exit Lake Bunyonyi and transfer to Bwindi National Park.

Have breakfast, then check out and hit the road for Bwindi Impenetrable National Par. The major highlight of Bwindi is that it’s a big habitat for endangered mountain gorillas (harboring over 400 mountain gorillas roughly half of the world’s population), You will arrive in Bwindi and check in at your lodge to spend the rest of the day at leisure, enjoying the tranquil surroundings of the Park and prepare for the strenuous day ahead.

Day 5: Gorilla trekking Bwindi Forest and (optional) afternoon community encounter.

After an early breakfast and proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing by an experienced ranger guide on the dos and don’ts during gorilla trekking. Begin your gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi by entering the Gorilla sanctuary through the dense rainforest, following the guide's lead. The beauty of this rainforest is spectacular! The area offers a dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. After Encountering a family of mountain gorillas, spend an awe-inspiring hour with them. The shrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is awesome and an exciting experience to be long-savored. Please note that the trekking duration and the terrain can vary, depending on the gorilla family’s location. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and some rest. Else, if you like Optional: (at an extra cost) You could choose to go for the Batwa community visit and have a great time watching them dance and sing cultural performances.

Day 6: Exit Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP en route Ishasha Sector in search of tree climbing lions and continue to North of Queen Elizabeth Np

After an early breakfast checkout and proceed to Queen Elizabeth NP Park, the park is a home to a variety of wildlife like primates (including chimpanzee) classic big games, and more than 600 bird species. En route Ishasha sector which is famously known for its resident tree-climbing lions. Spotting these unique creatures as they laze on the branches of fig trees will paint lasting memories. (though sometimes they are hard to spot) You will also be able to spot other wildlife such as Uganda kobs, cape buffalos, elephants, and warthogs in addition to tree-climbing lions, and then proceed to Queen Elizabeth NP arriving in the late afternoon just check-in and have a relaxing evening.

Day 7: Queen’s morning game drive and afternoon boat trip on the Kazinga Channel.

After an early breakfast head for a morning game drive along the Kasenyi plains and be on the look for wildlife such as; cape buffalos, waterbucks, elephants, lions, leopards (though hard to spot), and bushbucks, among others which will leave you amazed. Return to your accommodation for lunch and some rest time. Later in the afternoon, take 2 hours on a scenic boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel which connects Lake George and Lake Albert, expect to catch sight of wildlife like hippos in a big concentration, elephants, crocodiles, and various water birds such as the African fish eagle, the African skimmer, and the yellow-billed stork among others and this experience will fascinate you. Return to the lodge for a relaxing evening, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 8: ) Another morning Queen game drive, visit to the Baboon cliff and Transfer to Kibale National Park.

Have breakfast and proceed for a game drive and also visit the baboon cliffs where you will be introduced to stunning landscapes painting you unforgettable moments which is a must-visit for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers. Return to accommodation for lunch and some rest time, later depart for Kibale National Park popularly known for its Primates like Chimpanzees, colobus monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys, and red-tailed monkeys. You will arrive in the evening and do little but check into your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Chimp trekking Kibale Forest and the afternoon (evening) Bigodi swamp walk.

Have breakfast and head to the trekking point where you where you will receive some briefing on the dos and don’ts during chimp trekking. Thereafter proceed on an exciting chimpanzee trekking adventure with an experienced ranger guide. Once you locate Chimps you will be allowed a full hour in their presence Observing these intelligent creatures in their natural habitat and learning about their behaviors an experience that will leave you marveling. Return to your accommodation for lunch and some rest time. Thereafter go for Bigodi swamp walk. The Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary is a fascinating area located in magombe swamp. This area is recognized for its extensive array of biodiversity among which several primate’s species like the white colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, baboons, and the L’Hoest monkeys. The Bigodi is also a paradise for bird watchers and among the major bird species found in the Sanctuary is the Grand Blue Turaco and other fascinating flora and fauna.

Day 10: Exit Kibale Forest National Park and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.

Have breakfast and then hit the road right away to transfer to Murchison falls NP. This journey from Kibale to Entebbe is an incredible scenic drive passing through passing through villages lush green countryside and hills dotted with tea plantations which characterize this part of Uganda with stunning views. The major highlights of Murchison Falls NP are the roaring rapids of Murchison Falls, the strongest waterfalls in the whole world and the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest national park where you will have a chance of viewing elephants, cape buffalos, giraffe, hartebeest, lions and leopards (though hard to spot). Then the concentration of hippos, Nile crocodiles, and a variety of bird species will surely fascinate you. Upon reaching you will do little but check into your accommodation for a relaxation dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11: Murchison morning game drive and afternoon Boat trip to the base of the falls..

Be up early for breakfast and depart for a very early morning sunrise game drive, exploring the park's savannah in search of lions, giraffes, elephants, buffalos’ leopards (though hard to spot) and other wildlife. The park's diverse landscape provides an excellent opportunity to see a wide variety of animals. Return to your accommodation for lunch and some rest time. In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari along the Nile River to the base of Murchison Falls. This boat trip allows you to witness large concentrations of hippos and crocodiles, as well as various bird species. At the falls, experience the powerful rush of water as the Nile forces its way through a narrow gorge, creating a magnificent spectacle. Return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.

Day 12: ) Exit Murchison Falls National Park, after top the falls visit and Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

Be up early and drive to the top of the falls, have your breakfast enjoying a spectacular view of the falls up close an experience that will give lasting memories. Thereafter you will hit the road right away from the majestic Murchison Falls to the untamed wilderness of Kidepo Valley National Park. This awe-inspiring expedition promises unparalleled vistas, rare wildlife encounters, and a seamless fusion of adventure and serenity. Day 13: Morning game drive & (optional) Karamojong community, cultural encounter.

Have breakfast and proceed for game viewing in the Narus Valley in the South sector of Kidepo. Narus is a sector in Kidepo that has savannah grasslands mixed with acacia woodland. It is also the area of the park with permanent water source throughout the year for that matter, most of the animals are in this part of the park. You will witness wildlife like lions, big herds of buffaloes, elephants, many zebras, antelopes and cheetahs (on a lucky day) and various bird species like Ostriches, Kori bustard, Abyssinian Roller, and secretary Bird among others bask in the golden sunrise. Return to the lodge for lunch and some rest time. Later If interested continue the adventure with an Optional: (extra cost) Afternoon Karamojong Cultural Encounter. Immerse yourself in their ancient traditions, dance to rhythmic beats, and share stories of their way of life and beliefs. An unforgettable fusion of wildlife and cultural exploration awaits. Day 14: Full day hiking Morungole mountains including the IK community encounter.

Be up early for breakfast and setup to hike Mount Morungole, located in the northern hills of Karamoja. Traverse through untamed landscapes with stunningly beautiful scenery, encountering diverse wildlife, the higher you climb simply takes you to the valleys below you and into the eastern rift valley of Kenya and over to South Sudan. While in Morungole expect to encounter the smallest tribe of Uganda called the IK. Engage with the unique IK community, learning ancient customs and partaking in traditional ceremonies an experience that will give you a rare insight of a very unique tribe in Africa. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 15: Another morning game drive in the park and later transfer to Kara-tunga Safari Camp.

Have breakfast and proceed for another morning in either Narus valley or Kidepo valley according to your choice having a chance to have more viewing of various wildlife like warthogs, giraffes, buffaloes, elephants among others. Return to accommodation for lunch and then exit kidepo and drive to Kara-tunga Safari Camp (Moroto) where you will have dinner and overnight.

Day 16: Go explore Pian Upe Game Reserve then proceed to Sipi (booked lodge).

Be up early for breakfast, and then go for game viewing in the Pristine Pian Upe wildlife reserve. While in Pian Upe look out for its inhabitants such as ostriches, elands, plain zebras, greater kudus, savannah monitor lizards and the only remaining numbers of roan antelope in the whole of Uganda. After the game drive enjoy your packed lunch exit Pian Upe and head to Sipi where you have your dinner and overnight stay at the booked accommodation.

Day 17: ) Sipi Falls walk/hiking experience and afternoon Coffee tour plus community encounter.

Day 18: ) Drive to Jinja, visit the source of the Nile and proceed to Entebbe Airport to Catch Your flight back home.

Have breakfast and then drive off to Jinja where the Nile begins its flow to the Mediterranean Sea. Visit the source of the Nile and proceed to Entebbe international Airport for your departure flight. While in Jinja depending on the time available and your interest, you may decide to go for Optional: (extra cost) If you like, white water rafting or kayaking on the Nile before proceeding to Entebbe.
